WEBSITE AND ENQUIRY FORM TERMS
§1. Provider and scope
The provider is Invert8 Grzegorz Michalski, ul. Sikorki 14/46, 31-589 Kraków, Poland, tax identification number (NIP) 6751302294, email: office@invert8.com. These Terms cover website content and the enquiry form, not the terms for paid IT services.
§2. Using the website
You need a browser and internet connection. The form requires JavaScript and working Turnstile verification. I do not charge for browsing the website or submitting an enquiry; connection charges depend on your provider. You may stop using the website by closing it. Closing the page after submission does not withdraw the message.
§3. An enquiry is not an order
The form is for contact and discussion of your needs. Submitting it does not order a paid service, conclude an IT support contract or create an obligation to pay. The scope, conditions and fees for specific work require separate agreement. Not every competency area described is a standalone service.
§4. Use and materials
Do not submit unlawful content or spam or interfere with the website. Provide information needed for the enquiry, without passwords, keys, special-category personal data or unnecessary information about others. The form does not accept attachments. Rights in materials may belong to me or other parties, including certificate issuers. Using the website does not transfer those rights or limit statutory user rights. The Privacy Policy explains personal data processing; reading it does not constitute consent.
§5. Operation and complaints
Website operation may be affected by technical work, your connection and external services. These Terms do not exclude or limit liability imposed by mandatory law. You may send complaints about the operation of the website or form to office@invert8.com. Describe the problem and provide an email address for a response. If possible, also indicate when the problem occurred. Do not send passwords or other secrets. You will receive a response by email within 14 days of receipt of the complaint. If resolving the matter requires further information, I will ask you to provide it; this does not limit any rights or time limits under applicable law. This procedure concerns the website and form. Complaint terms for paid IT services are agreed separately, subject to applicable law.
